宗旨
- 鼓勵身心障礙人士以肯定和積極的角度，詮釋其個人特殊生活經驗與生命體驗，並追求自己的生活方式、文化及角色認同。
- 讓藝術成為身心障礙人士與社會大眾之間心靈交會的橋樑，使其融入社會，也讓社會能因賞識而進一步完全的接納，關心和了解他們內心的真實世界與生活型態。
- 讓更多身心障礙人士可以在藝術創作中，找到生命的出口與價值，展現自己生命中的光熱，並以作品展售及文創發展，創造經濟自立的契機。

Our Purpose
- Encourage persons with disabled, to more recognition and positive perspective, interpretation of someone special life experience and meaning to pursue their own way of lifeculture and self-recognition.
- Bring Art to become a bridge between the disabled and general public, help their integration into society also to the community because of further appreciation fully accept, more care and understanding of their inward world and the living conditions.
- Allow more people with disabled in artistic creation, find the exit and the value of life, show their life in light and heat, exhibition of works by the sale and cultural creative development, create economic opportunity for sale-reliance.
